Can’t open video on my phone but most triggers start shy and lock themselves in rock crevices sideways but quickly come out when food is present

Nah, they all do it. No Hogwarts needed.

Some grow out of it, some don't. I have a pair of blue throats, I only ever see the female at feeding time. She's a scaredy cat.

Hi there, i have a clown trigger, i think it depends on how long you have had him. Mine done this for a while but now he wants to be seen! especially when i hoover?? also i have been told they have very funny mood swings that can last weeks. I have noticed mine goes very light sometimes praticaly white sometimes. Now and then when i go up to him he decides to go hide or show off very odd.
Ashley.

I just got a Blue Jaw that has been on the tank for two days, I also experiencing this shyness. However yesterday he started exploring half of the tank. Man I hope he becomes an active swimmer cuz I love to see watch him swim
