Triton alk part C question mixed both and cyrstalized

hi Reefers using triton I read the u can mix the alk part c 1and 2 together. I mixed them and didn't realize that it has crystallized at the bottom of the container. I ended up stirring and breaking it apart . it still cystral I tried mixing it up as much as I can. my question is this normal and maybe I shouldn't mix the two parts. which means I need another dosing pump. any advice thanks .

I'd warm it to dissolve, and if it keeps precipitating out, add more water to dilute it.
