I have gotten several emails from them, all saying they are open and in operation.

Have you recieved the email that they recieved your barcode?

Did you check your junk or spam mail box?
Every once in a while I will find important stuff there.

That was a good thought! It was not in my junk mail, but I had not thought to check, either. I just keep checking the website to see if there has been any change

I guess I am just lucky.
I have only ever sent in 3 ICP and 1 N-Doc so far, but I have not had an issue.
The first ICP did go to Germany, they recieved it it on a Thursday shipped to Germany on Friday and I had results by the following Friday.
I was expecting 2-3 weeks.

I thought the N-Doc tests were also done in LA.
Two weeks ago I sent in my third ICP and my first N-Doc.
I sent them out together to the LA address but they sent the N-Doc onto Germany. So that took an extra week for the results.
Not a big deal but thought it was strange.

Difficult to say at the moment as there have been some delays with postage and customs clearance due to the Coronavirus. Normally from Canada you should receive results within 2 weeks of shipping.

Canadian water samples are still sent back to the lab in Germany. We are working towards having them shipped to the LA lab in future but for now this is not possible.

That's weird the LA one is much closer!
