Triton ICP test results - help needed

Just got my results back...

My question is they recommend updating dosage for couple element in mgs but I use rred products (mag etc) and they are in mls.


Any idea how to convert ??

Need to figure out how many ml in equals mg. So you need strength of product. 2.5mg in 1 ml or something like that.
