Iirc those are two elements from magnets. Might want to check magnets.Hi all, Happy Holidays! Triton results came back and the only elements high were Iron and Lithium. Any way to remove them or should I even bother? Thanks
Thanks. Took apart the mp40s. They are the only magnets I have. No corrosion. They are less than 1 year old. Did a water change. Not sure what else to doIirc those are two elements from magnets. Might want to check magnets.
Iirc instant ocean salt mix is high in iron and lithium.Thanks. Took apart the mp40s. They are the only magnets I have. No corrosion. They are less than 1 year old. Did a water change. Not sure what else to do
Acans favia and tongue corals are not happy. Had them all for a year. Zoas anemonies and chalices seem just fine. Weird. Ordered some cuprosorb. What LPS species are retracted?
Nutrients are: phos 0.03 and nitrate 20. These are my usual numbersYeah it could be but its too soon to tell. Lps dont like low nutrients but sps do. Not sure what it is. It could also be your tin and aluminum.
Yeah those are okay for them. Id try the cuprisorb it might help with all mentioned. Would love to see the results.Nutrients are: phos 0.03 and nitrate 20. These are my usual numbers
Thanks, though so. Not dosing anything at this point. Alkalinity uptake slowed considerably. Never dosed traced elements. Anything else jumps out at you from the Triton report?Lithium is not a concern and cannot be lowered aside from water changes with a lower lithium mix.
iron will drop on its own if you are not dosing it. I wouldn’t worry about it either.
