Started Triton do i discontue use of carbon and gfo or just carbon or both
I believe carbon is ok, but you want to stop the GFO or it'll take the phosphates away from your macro algae.

Have you read how to run the Triton method? I would start there, it's fairly self explanatory

I'd maintain carbon, and I'd use GFO if phosphate is excessive, but they want you to use macroalgae (which won't do the job if phosphate is elevated substantially relative to nitrate).

The idea with Triton is to let the macro algae uptake NO3 and a proportion of PO4, however to use PO4 media (either GFO or GAO) to get the level down futher.
