Tropic Marin Food

I got these 2 items. Any one ever used it?

It says 2 measuring cups per day. This seems extreme . Not only is the measuring cup large but i would run out within a week.

Im thinking of using a little not as much.

following..

i just got two little things form Tropical marine too.. one is coral snow and one plankton something..

haven't used it because one require mixing for 2 hours.

Mine you mix and let it sit for a few minuets. I just dont agree on how much to use.
