Tropic Marin salinity reading

Can someone help a dumb dumb out and tell what this readout is? 1.025ish? Trying to calibrate my digital readers.

Googled this and saw some pictures but the markings are different than mine.

Looks like about 1.0261, but may need a temperature correction and you need to read on that device whether it is specific gravity or density.

Read at the water line level, not the water curving up the hydrometer (the meniscus).

Thanks for clarifying! I meant 1.026. It’s at 77 degrees and the device is for specific gravity.

The number on top was throwing me off wasn’t sure if that circle marking was meaning .021 or the line at the number:

I cannot see the 21 well, but the 22 below it means sg = 1.022 at the line in the middle of the 2.

You can confirm the accuracy with a diy standard.

The dots in between are half-steps.

1.021 > 1.0215 > 1.022 > 1.0225 etc
