I'm starting to use this. Can I dose the daily amount all at once or do I need to spread it out? I have 100 gallons so I will start with 20 ML per day.

Daily will bring levels up slower which is more desirable. Look at the instructions on the back for help. I have used this and I prefer kalk.

I think all at once, once a day is fine.

I'd add it in the AM, since corals need their alk mostly during the day.
