I'm having some trouble getting my MP40 into night mode. I have a manual from the internet, and have done my best to follow, but am getting confused. Each time I've tried, the dial ends up blinking several colors, not defined in the manual. I suppose it may be possible my MP40 is older than the manual I'm looking at, or, my firmware is not up to date. Can anyone help with some simple instruction? How can I verify the manual and instruction I'm looking at is applicable to my specific device? Thanks in advance for any help or input.

Maybe unplug it to reset night mode?...Then hold the left 2 buttons down until the dial is blinking, then hold the left 2 buttons down again until the dial blinks much slower.

That was it. Thank you ChukeeR! I must have found a manual for a newer model, or, I was getting confused with the configuration mode. Anyway, thanks again.
