Trouble with my nano

Hi I having trouble getting my take to grow I’ve done water changes over the last year. My alk seems to be stable around 10 dkh cal is 460 mag is 1450 have no Coraline algae growing in my tank my Corals none of them have started to take off they are alive not growing not really what to do this point keep going water changes or completely restart I have secem de nitrate pellet media , small fuge on one side , marine cam bio ball , run active carbon no skimmer - currrenlty start dripping kalk at night keep more stable p .h still around 8.1 help

What coral do you have?

Hammers mushroom zoas , monti Gonni - chalice - I have wave pump on random pulse mode highest k can get without disturbing the Sand & not thrashing corals
