I have been looking at getting my AWC system back online and wanted to try a new salt.
After reading and researching many brands I opted for the Quantum mixed macro probiotic salt as it was more inline with what I like to keep my parameters at.
I mixed the salt at 1/2 cup per gallon in 77deg RO/DI water and it mixed really fast with no residue then cut off the mixing pump and let sit heated for 8 hours then I tested and was very surprised my tests were pretty much dead on what the company said at the given S.G.
I have been running it doing a 1.5 gal AWC on my tank 24hrs a day for over a week and the coral seem very happy and my levels are exactly where I want them.
Time will tell but it might be a good salt.
These levels will change as I add more coral and will have do dose to keep them up but so far so good.

They make 4 different salts:

This is the company website:

Here is where I bought mine from:

I was just wondering if anyone else is using this salt, and what you experience is with it.

I'm going to chime in and revive this post for anyone else that comes across it. I have met Will in person and can hit him up whenever I need to as he is local. He helps in his parents LFS(which I love as they do mini-quarantines as a normal prior to selling) and it's my primary place to get fish or Quantum products. Awesome guy, and has a passions for what he does. I'm about to switch to the salt the next time I buy some. So far I have used Coral Cane, the three color intensifiers, Bio-Enhance, and Fish enhance. I have been amazed at how well my young tank has grown. My Duncan colony went from 3 heads and 10 more started growing all at once. I had to rescue a Rainbow BTA that was on it's last legs and about the size of a dime. Target it feed it shrimp and coral cane that was soaked in the Bio-Enhance, 5 weeks later it was full color and thriving, and bout 2 or 3 weeks later it split. Since I have just left it alone and since it has split 2 more times. With Fish Enhance my Copperband started devouring frozen food within a couple days. Also, that is how they get all the Mandrin Dragonettes in the shop to eat frozen food. I have just switched from the color intensifiers to Easy E and Easy Z, so can't speak much about that at this time. So far I'm loving the products and it sure doesn't hurt that I can talk with Will in person and buy it directly/locally.
