does anyone know if their inverts are quarantined, i want to order some hermits and snails but i’m curious if i’ll be able to put them in my DT right way or QT first

This is what the say on their page: "Our invertebrates are maintained in fishless systems to reduce the possibility of parasite transmission."

I would just call them. They pick up the phone right away.

I've always had good luck with TSM Aquatics. If they don't have them in stock, you can go to Vivid Aquariums. I emailed them directly after ordering some inverts. They keep their inverts in a "dirty" fishless system with algae so the inverts have plenty to feed on. All of my snails and shrimp came in completely healthy.
