I placed an order with TSM a few months ago after reading a few glowing posts/threads on here. They were initially responsive, however I haven't heard from them since the end of October despite a few follow-ups. Has anyone received anything from them lately, or heard from them lately? Their website still seems to be functioning, and I get text messages from them, but not getting an update in over a month isn't acceptable. I went ahead and opened a chargeback claim with my credit card company and will have to try and find another vendor to fulfill the request.
