Is this something kind of tube worm expelling a string substance on the side of my candy coral?

It's a vermetid I believe. The usual idea about them is to KILL IT WITH [emoji91][emoji91][emoji91][emoji91][emoji91]
Actually, just take some super glue gel and fill the opening. They like to sting corals with that dragnet of a filament..
