Tunze 3155 Error

Just tried to turn on my Tunze. I have it hooked up to my APEX, when power it on. I get an audio alarm along with the following LEDs

Red LED flashing on "too high"
Red LED flashing on "too low"
Amber LED flashing on "Pump On"
Green LED blinking then going solid for a second then back to blinking on "Level"

Please let me know whats wrong.

My apologies, I had been traveling and I am still catching up. This could be normal, what should happen is on every power up all four lights flash, it beeps, runs the pump 15 seconds and then begins normal operation. This is the normal start up sequence and is a series of self diagnostics and priming the pump.
