Tunze 5017 issue, blinking

Hello!
I have a Tunze 5017 that is suddenly blinking what appears to be an error code. I have cleaned the sensor and the controller to ensure it is dry and not wet. Any thoughts? I appreciate any insight or help. Thank you!
