I had a friend that gave me a couple of 6105s. He bought them new and his tank cracked in the first month and he decided to get out of the hobby all together. He gave me his Tunze pumps and they are in my tank working great except now one of them has a bad clicking noise. I've taken it out and cleaned it but still sounds bad. It only seems to do this on the wave profiles and not as bad on a flush profile. Anybody give me an idea of what I need to do? Also wonder if they may still be under warranty they are less than a year old but I do not have a receipt for them...

I hear mine making a clicking noise every once in a while.
It isn't very loud and I only hear it once or twice every few months.
There is a Tunze forum here. I would post the question in that forum.
It may get attention from Rodger.
