Only time I've ever heard of someone not being "allowed" on Facebook was when they were convicted of felony stalking... what gives?

I had a gf in 2010, just turned 18 and girl lied about her age to me. Got me Stat ****, convicted felon. So they don't allow me on Facebook as far as I understood.
