I am thinking about switching from my mp40 to some tunze. I am wondering what you think of the tunze 6095 pump? Would 2 of them be enough for a 48 x 24 x 21 tall tank? It will be a mixed reef, I have a mag 9 return pump as well.

in my opinion an mp40 is not rivaled by any other powerhead for flow, why would consider getting rid of yours? its not that the mp40 is just capable for producing loads of flow its the fact that the flow is random and spread all through out not to mention the powerhead is completely controllable whereas most others are not. also no ugly cords in the tank

I have a 10 month old that likes to grab cords.. Don't get me wrong, I love my mp40.
