Turbinaria Heronensis Problems

My TSA turbinaria heronensis is looking rough. I've had it for roughly 5 months now. I started it in lower flow/PAR (roughly 80-90) for a few months, then recently moved it up to higher PAR (180ish) and higher flow. When I first introduced it, I dipped it with TLF ReVive.

PO4 0.0-0.08

Any idea what's going on?
