Turbo snail acting weird

Good morning,

My turbo snail has been doing great since I got him at the beginning of the year. This morning I woke up to him only halfway on the glass with most of his body.pulled into his shell. I check the salinity 1.024 I added a little ro water and he came out slowly. Just curious if he is sick, old, hurt? What do yall think?

They retract occasionally. Bump up your salt to 1.025
