I bought a paly pack about 5 weeks ago from Bob, we both were busy with work and agreed on shipping. Package arrived in a damaged box and dripping onto my desk. I immediately texted the seller Bob and he replied asking if everything was ok and what he could do to help. Contents seemed to be ok so I shot home and started to drip them. Bob asked if all was good and I said I wasn't sure since none were open and understandably so. He said not to sweat it and that he would take care of any loss.
As of this afternoon all are open and recovering. turbo21 was willing to help in anyway and for that I give A+.
