Tank parameters are good. Only had the coral in there for a week. I have a led full spectrum 165 W viparspecrta 7 inches off the water at 70% capacity

I don't think you'll get much help without listing your tank parameters, light schedule, how long the tank has been setup etc... Anyone that would be able to help will want to know more about your tank and setup. Can't even comment on moving up or down until you know these things.

I have the same light. It’s pretty strong. Do you have the blues and whites turned up to 70. How high in the tank is the frag. I keep my blues at about 60 and whites at 15. I made the mistake in the beginning of putting some frags too high when I first got the light and killed a couple of acros. I start everything on the bottom or close to it now.....

I agree, we need more information. Saying that your parameters are good really tells us nothing. How old is the tank? What makes you think it is lighting?

Ok, I just looked at your other posts and it appears that your tank has only been wet for about two weeks, but no longer than 4 weeks. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

In one of your posts, you said you filled the tank with live rock, but in the picture you posted on this thread, the rock doesn't look like live rock.

My guess is that piece of coral will not make it because your tank is way to new.

You need to slow down and check out the threads on R2R on how to cycle a tank. There is a lot of great info out there and a lot of people willing to help you. Not trying to give you a hard time, but you are going to waste a lot of money on fish and corals if you don't slow down and follow the process.

Down is always safer than up. Can't tell from the pic but it maybe looks a little light.

Looks like it has rtn or burnt tips, maybe both. It’s hard to tell from the pic. Is this your diy tank that you finished building 3 weeks ago? If yes, then you’ve got a long way to go before you should start adding acros. We’re all here to help but we need to know more details to steer you in the right direction.
