Thanks for your advice and it's too late. It's been taken over my tank already. Well. It's not really harming anything, just filling every where on the rock. Has anyone ever reported any damage/harm from those blue gloves? Just curious.

The cloves grow over everything. If you have a nice chalice that is receeding, it'll grow over it.
 
I think those blue gloves like higher lighting. They only grow in my display where I'm running halide on. I don't see any in my frag tanks where I'm running t5s and it's consider much lower lighting.
 
Gold color base, blue eye with green rim. First time seen a watermelon with a gold color base and blue eyes.
