Hopefully he's hunting somewhere. They can blend really well and really squish themselves into odd places.

That's what I'm hoping, I did a pretty thorough look through the rock (from the outside) and still do not see him. I check the area around the tank to make sure he didn't jump, and he was not there either. I guess my mini-maxi or some predatory critter from the uncured Rock could have eaten him, but that's about it....

Mine disappears as well, then turns up again. They are good at hiding when they want to.

Just saw this :-(

Not sure what it is, but it seems like it may be an evil crab

I can't ID crabs except for a few easy to ID varieties.

These guys are so cool. They look really nice under the blue lights.

I know ! Sadly I will be working late every day this week and will be gone this weekend, so I'll have to wait to get a female until late next week or the following. It seems like they have a steady supply though

I'm also having some trouble getting my Waspfish to eat frozen, I have tried frozen brine and frozen mysis, but he doesn't seem too interested in either. He did eat some frozen brine when I first put him in the tank. He has become much more adventurous now though and does not his all the time like he used to.

These are some photos I took last night, does he look thin? Sick?
