We have a large Midas blenny in our 125 gallon system.

We also have two oscilaris clowns, a fire fish, a six line wrasse, a yellow tang and a fairy Wrasse.

Everyone currently gets along well.

The midas blenny spends almost all it's active time swimming near the surface and eating. When it's not eating it rests in a hole in the live rock.

We are considering getting a second blenny, one that would maybe spend more time on the rocks or sandbed.

Any ideas?

Orange spot, starry, or stigmatura blenny are all options.

Can I ask “eatbreakfast”, i have a 30 gal cube and I have a red scooter blenny and a maroon clown fish. I really miss having a Midas blenny. Can I add to my tank with the two that have been residents for a long time?

I’m not eatbreakfast but I would say you should be fine. As long as Midas blennies are able to live in a 30 gallon. Look I️t up on liveaquaria

The scooter blenny won't be a problem, as it is not a true blenny and occupies a different niche. The maroon clown may be a problem. They are known to get quite aggressive, even in larger tanks, so aggression may be exacerbated in a 30g.
