Hi Guys,

I noticed that during the night my temps have been swinging down to 74.x where I typically try to keep it around 77.x. I went and picked up a second heater today which I have both setup on my apex to kick on at 77.3 and to kick off at 78.0.

I have them both located in the sump and they are touching each other....is that an issue if they are right next to each other and touching? I know this could be a dumb question, but I figured I better ask in case I'm not thinking of something.

Using two 200watt Eheim Jagers.

I would not let them touch you want water around them. The can get very hot and if they touch that will create a hot spot and could damage them.

Exactly what I was looking for, I'll figure out how to rearrange them or move one to another section.

Appreciate it
