Hi everyone. I have a 12g nano with 24w compact fluorescent bulbs. One is blue actinic and the other is 50/50 blue actinic and 10,000k white. Here's a pic of my tank

I have zoas, Florida ricordea, acan lords and star polyps. Everything is happy and healthy but I don't get the pop of color I see at the coral store under LEDs. I have two possible solutions and wanted everyone's opinion.
Option 1: Add a 12" Shimmer Strip with royal blue LEDs to my existing CF bulbs. This would give me the fluorescence I'm missing now. It would be less expensive and I've heard that acans can be sensitive to bright light so this combo would be a little less intense than all LEDs (I think)
Option 2: retrofit the tank with Steve's LEDs, which are made especially for my tank. This would be more expensive, but if they last longer, give my corals the look I want and keep all of them healthy, this might be the better way to go.
I'd appreciate any and all opinions on this. I've been an aquarist for years but am new to coral so I want to make the right choice!
