I've had 7 Anthias in my 4 foot 90g long tank and one converted to being a male. However it looks like another one is possibly converting to a male. Will this be a problem for the future?

Maybe. I had one start to turn in a harem in my 320 gallon display. The male turned on the other real fast.

No one can say for certain though.

Did you end up losing a male?
I lost the fish that was beginning to transition. Consistently picked on. After the mail started, some of the females joined in. By the time I was able to catch him and put him into the connected frag tank, it was too late.
If it was hiding on the far side of the tank when it would pop out they would immediately go after
