I have an EVO 13.5 with a Hygger mini wavemaker on one end. The way my rocks sit, the wavemaker does it's thing well across the top half of the tank, but i'd like to see better flow on the bottom half. You can see in the pic, the wavemaker on the right pointing across the top of the island. Would I be ok placing a second one on the left, either on the end facing toward the other, just lower, or on the back glass, low and facing the camera?

Will I end up just creating a whirlpool that will suck everyone into the abyss?

Tank pic taken before I hired some Mexican Turbo Snails to do their thing along with a good cleaning.

Your total supplemental flow should be no greater than 10-20x the volume of your tank, so 135-270Gph for best results. So look for a pair of ~135Gph wavemakers or just a single ~270Gph one.

DO YOU THINK TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENTS ARE MORE HELPFUL OR HURTFUL TO REEFING?
