This 3/4" brown worm has shown up occasionally on the reef glass and I remove it as I see it. Today there were about 5 of these worms on the glass and several others emerging from the gravel at the glass. I have no idea what it is but I don't like the fact that they are multiplying their presence. Please help identify and how to get rid of them.

The second pix is of some 1/2 in white worms in my filter chambers. I have not tried to remove them as I understand they may be good for the system. Assistance in confirming the identity and dealing with them.

Thanks.

Better pix of one just removed from glass. About 1+" in length.
