Type of worm?

Hi, just noticed my sand bed is practically covered in these. They are tiny, maybe a mm. They don’t really look like planaria? I tried to ID using the forum but unsure. Anyone know anything about these?

Can you pull a few out and take a top down photo of them in a container of water?
