Definitely not a sarmentosa. Much more of a granulosa/loripes type.

Might be one of the tierra del fuego/RMF Crown Jewel types. That is a pretty typical color scheme for them and they occasionally do that weird smooth tipped corallite free growth as they are trying to table out.

Might not be though, time will tell! Update again in a year :)
