Is anyone able to I.d. this weird alien for me? Came out of no where, it’s about the size of a dime and blows crap out. Is it time to flee the planet? Burn the house down?

You are seeing the top of a stomatella snail that is spawning. It's spitting eggs/sperm into the water column.

It's just sticking out of the rocks. These snails have a small shell and are more "slug" like.

Maybe a Vermetid spawning? I notice that it’s sessile and has two antennae?

Can you get a better view from the side but with the glass cleaned up?

I’ve been trying to clean the area but not get my hand close to it until I know what it is. Its hole is almost agains the glass which makes it real difficult to clean.

Why are you waiting until you ID it?

No hitchiker will be a threat to you.

If you want, you can be cautious and wear gloves?

Bc I’m freaked out . I go to the ocean all the time and never seen anything like this. It won’t come out now. I’ll have to wait until morning. Hopefully I’ll get it cleaned up more.

Definitely not. Bobbits always have one antenna in the middle and have 5 in total.

No tube whatsoever. It’s not a vermitted. It’s in the rock and it’s big. Like pinky size. I have those stomatella in my fuge and it doesn’t look like them but maybe another species.
