Best is subjective. Depends on the size of your tank, what corals you want to grow, and how you want your tank to look. BRS has a few videos out there with different settings based on different tank sizes.

Lots of people claim David Saxby's is a great place to start, but some (including myself) tune the lighting schedule based around their own tank and how it responds to lighting. I start mine off by ramping up the lights from 9:00am to 11:00am. My spectrum is 35% White, 80% on all blues, 75% on purples and UV, and 5% on moonlight, red, and green. I ramp down from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, and it has been working for me. Note that I also do not have any high light SPS like acropora, so I do not max out the blues.
