I have a few acro frags I added to my tank. They've been there for a month or so now and actually seem to be doing well albeit they are considered "easy" sticks. My green slimer for example has encrusted fully on the plug and is starting to shoot branches out from the base. My ORA Blue Voodoo has been branching. My garf bonsai hasn't grown but isn't dead either lol.

I've noticed that the underside of my acros are however losing closer or are dying. I can't really tell if it's dead or just has no color since I haven't had enough experience with reefing. I believe it's becuase light can't reach under the coral. Is there any way to combat this or is this something that is inevitable? I have a hydra 26 on a 24 x 20 x 20 tank.

Is it brown flesh or just skeleton? If it’s brown, it’s alive, just not colored there. I have a lot of my sticks that are growing on angles doing that. Nothing to worry about :)

Not really brown. More white but there are still polyps there? I'll try a pic later when I get home

Pretty common with point-source LED lighting. This is why a lot of folks add T5s when they head into acropora.
