Before anything here are my parameters...

Water temp: 76°F - 77°F
pH level: 8.1 to 8.3
Alk: 9 dKH
Salinity: 1.025
Nitrate: 5 -10
Ammonia: 0
Phosphate: < .04 - .06
Magnesium: 1300-1350
Calcium: 400-450

I added 3 new leathers 2 weeks ago. All but one have opened and seem to be acclimating well. I've heard of some taking a long time, others say something is bothering it. All are in moderate flow with 100+ par (60" lumi light pro at about 50%). Am I missing something? I have attached photos below. Any help or experience is welcome thank you.

Do you use carbon? Some leathers have been reported to release toxins into the water column as a form of coral warfare. I'd say it's unlikely if only one coral is being affected unless it's the closest to the offending coral.
