Uniseal leak

Has anyone had their Uniseal crack and start leaking? Do you know what would cause it?

What was stored inside the container that the Uniseal was on? How old is the seal?

Just RODI water. It was about 6 months
old .

Hm. Could be that it got torn during install and split over time, but that would be about all I could think of. Strange. :-?
