Hi, I picked up this frag today, it’s def not a Monti or a Porites as I first thought as polyps are wrong. It also has tiny sweepers like a Pavona buts it’s not that either. It has a reddish brown base with mint green polyps and looks to be encrusting. Thanks in advance.

Do you have any photos of stylo you think it is? I have couple of various stylophora and polyps on the on above are much, much smaller and lack sweepers?

I had one recently identified as a stylo, too. Does yours have crazy sweepers?? Mine does, and I'm surprised it's considered an SPS.

Yes! I thought the same as it has very distinct sweepers many times longer than its polyps which it sends out in small clumps quite regularly. But then my Pavona also has incredible long sweepers as well and I also thought that one should be LPS. I see if I can get some photos.

Here's mine...

Not sure about ideal placement. I've put it towards the top now. Seems to be happy pretty much anywhere. Likes to be fed too.
