Hello everyone,

I’ve made post about my nano tanks in the past now its time a for an update! Changed up the rock work a bit swapped out some corals for higher end ones. Picked up my first Helio fungia HG variant, Red glitter goni/Grafted goni, Uranium bounce, Fat head branching Hammer, More unique acros, and some nice chalices! I decided to pull the trigger on a full apex system recently and I definitely can say its truly a game changer. Still dosing AFR and Nitrates.

Live stock is
1x Pigmy angel
1x Dotted Fox face
1x Banggai cardinal
1x Yellow watchman
2x Clown gobies
1x Starry blenny

I had two clowns in the sump but I moved them to my frag tank due to feeling bad for them.

Nice looking setup! Good job!

Love your setup. I have the same tank setup for fresh water that I am slowly collecting parts to make the jump to salt.

If you were doing it over would you stick with the peninsula setup? I'm torn on overflow placement and you only have one chance.

Would you stick with the 10g sump or do you wish you had a larger sump (20g long)? Any other things you would do different?

Hey that guy E,

I apologize for the late response. If I were to do anything different I would probably add a one way check valve and some nicer plumbing to the setup and go with a aluminum stand. I do wish I went bigger with the sump. But i cannot complain on the 10 gal sump as I don’t even use it anymore than to house rouge fish. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me on facebook @Jb.corals
