I always stock all at once on a new tank. Quarantine once, stress once. As a heads up with a tank that size you might see some aggression between the Hawk, Damsel, and Clowns.

What type of nem is the green tip? I've seen condi labeled as green tip and condi are not a natural host of clowns.
Neither are bubble tips for most clowns

Suggestion Mine are Wyoming White Pair
Ocellaris will nest in bubble tips pretty readily. There are better hosts but are not beginner suitable in my opinion. Bubble tips are about the easiest less invasive anemone I can think of.

They aren’t but I have always hosted my ocellaris in bubble tips. Only issue I’ve had is with one pair of tank raised clowns that refuse to go in the BTA even as a third wild caught ocellaris hosts in one and the same tank.

There is a compatibility chart Here

Edit: I think you'll be fine with a bubble tip. Just keep in mind captive bred percs and ocellaris can be difficult to get to host. Mine always have but they can take longer. Not sure why. Larger species of clowns host almost instantly for me.

Yeah i have a pair of clowns and they don’t host the two huge nems in one of my nanos.

Can I place the nem on just the crushed coral sand
You can, but it will go where it wants anyway. Usually bubble tips anchor to under a rock and they reach up, forming kind of a "J"
