Need suggestions on changing tanks.I have a 60 gallon cube with about a 30 gallon sump,I am setting up a DSA 105 tank with a 100 gallon stock tank for a sump.Could I change over everything in one day without harm to fish and corals?I also need to add more liverock to new tank not sure if I am using cured rock or if I am going to use dry rock.Any suggestions?

You could get it all done in one day. Make sure you have water made up, and to same temp and salinity as your current tank. Put the fish and what not in a tote from walmart, or something of that nature. The coral in another, totes are easy because they usually have wheels on the bottom of one end, makes them easy to move. Or you could throw them all in your bath tub. Rinse out your sand bed, as its going to be nasty. Put the sand in, fill the tank half way, put in the rock, fill er up the rest of the way. Put the rest of your equipment in after. Should be smooth, just time consuming. I'd either use dry rock or fully cured. If you either or, there won't be any die off and therefore shouldn't cause a spike.
