Upgraded to 60 lt

Hi!
My tank is actually 36 lt,
I will move in 2 weeks and I will do 4 hours travel by car, Southampton-Liverpool.
I bought fishing bag, air pump and thermometer with usb to use it in the car.
I already bought a new tank because I wanted to upgrade to 60 lt. I was thinking after I add all fish, corals and rocks in fishing bag, I would like to keep my sand, because is full of live bacteria, worms etc, and adding it in a big bottle with a bit of water and putting inside the fishing bag to keep temperature as well.
What you think about it?
as the tank is bigger I'll need to buy new sand to add and more rocks.
Im buying dry rock, and live sand (caribsea). Do you suggest to buy just normal sand or live one is better? The cycling will happen again?
I bought a bottle of live bacteria as well to add once I setup the new tank. Please any suggestions

I prefer live sand over dry sand just for the increased biodiversity in a tank, but you don’t need it!

Hello, sounds like a good plan. Personally would prefer to give the new tank a week or three to do its thing before more delicate inhabitants make their way in. Maybe take out rocks and most of water and put in big bucket or Tupperware. Leave livestock in tank with low water. Transport, put back together. Then set up new tank once moved.

Updating: unfortunately I had to throw all my sand in the bin. No way I could safe it, no idea how to keep temperature and also tried several time to add inside 5 lt bottle but it doesn't works well. Tomorrow morning before removal company arrive I will go to the shop to buy some live sand. All rocks, fish and corals are in fishing bag. I managed to keep the canister filter and of course the heater. They looks OK, clown is sleeping on his coral. Hoping for the best tomorrow, 4 hours travel by car. Finger crossed.I'll keep you updated when I setup the new tank. I'm really worried they won't survive during the travel.

Update: fortunately everything survived.
I added new sand and few mor rocks as the tank is bigger. I know maybe I'm having a small cycle again but few days ago I noticed this hair algae growing on my sand and rocks.
Not sure what algae is, I remember I had it before and it grow and grow.
Also the surface is very opaque, like oily. Not clear at all, I used to have surface skimmer before which was incorporated with my canister filter, but the new canister filter I have is different and it ended up to have the surface not clear.
The green coral shown on last 3 pictures (sorry I forgot the name) is showing the white skeleton, is not clear on the photo but Not sure what happened, the others are fine.
