I've had my tank for a few months now and I'm upgrading to Red sea 300xl so my current issues.

Can I put the content of my current tank in my new tank and skip cycle?

My current tank has vermid snail should I just restart?

If I restart my tank will my rba die in a complete new system when your suppose to wait months ?

Do you have any bio media in your current tank? You could transfer rock, just inspect it for vermatide snails and crush/glue any you find before transferring to new tank. You could also get a few bumblebee snails to help with the vermatide problem. I would get new sand as it can cause issues transferring sand.

If you transfer cycled rock, and bio media, the new tank should cycle very quickly. Just don't add any new inhabitants for a few months to build up a bacteria in the new sand, filter, and anything else new.

I would also recommend using some MB7 if you have some.
