UPS sortation delay :(

Sigh... I ordered some coral online and got this message from UPS. Is there anything I can do to help the situation? I reached out to the vendor. Should I call UPS? Super disappointed, esp. since shipping was $60 dollars. I keep telling myself to buy local but they're not as clean. It's one set back after another in this hobby.

I can't even get in touch with the vendor, emailed and VM. No update from UPS.

If it delivers tomorrow am I stuck with "damaged" coral if they're not fully DOA? I remove from plugs too which puts me in a weird spot. Crappy deal for the coral; hoping for the best
