Can’t seem to get a hold of Danny, what I do have is a picture from our files. Not 100% sure that this is the exact specimen. But I do know the specimen has cleared qt and has been in the system for over a month (37 days now). About 8-8.5 inches, eating like a pig as well. I got an order from them through the mail even though I only live three hours away, but I didn’t wanna drive. They had a tropical abalone and I’ve been looking for one for a while. They called me to tell me they were packing my order at 7 AM they dropped off my order at 5 PM that day for shipping . when I got it the next day after meeting my UPS driver at 11 AM. The bags were pretty ammoniated.

Good: fast shipping, good communication, interesting selection on their website, sufficient packing, it seemed like a half a gallon of water with every crab. Looks like the abalonie arrived healthy.

Bad: no real dead on arrival guarantee they just offer store credit, . I will never use this. Half of the stuff they sent died within a couple of hours, mind you it was just clean up crabs and they came in cold and lethargic ….shipped in very nice October weather, but no heat pack.

Overall experience ok not bad. reefcleaners normally has cheaper prices for what I got , I’d pick up in the future, I think their shipping dept has some need for improvement. They were the only game in town for a tropical abalone so… rolled the dice
