Welcome @Gpettit721 to R2R. How about you start a Member's Tank thread and tell use a little bit about your tank. Again, welcome!

I am not sure about the local fish stores in your area.We have some really awesome sponsors right here.*

Where do you recommend shopping for livestock in the area?
there are a few stores, davey jones locker is right in Albany, they're smaller, more fresh water based but will to order anything you ask them to. in the surrounding areas, my favorite place, Healthy Pet center in east greenbush, a few Petco's around the area also have some salt stuff and you can find something decent here and there. if you're on Facebook theres a group called CNY saltwater something or other has a lot of NY based private sellers and have anything from entry level to crazy collector stuff. but there are also AMAZING vendors in this group as well. i encourage you to poke around a bit. if you're looking for it and can't find it here... theres 2 reasons why... it doesn't exist or you're asking the wrong people lol. welcome, and happy reefing!
