Urchin Care- What to Feed

I have a small Red Tuxedo Urchin doing good. Lost a Halloween, due to I guess not having enough food sources. Would like to try another Halloween. What do they eat and how do you target feed if necessary?

Try a piece of shrimp or clam meat. Or some macroalgae if you have a refugium.
Just lift the urchin a bit and put the food under it.

They want algae. You can put some nori on a clip (like you would feed tangs, but put it in after lights out), or you can feed them ulva, gracilaria, or chaeto from your refugium.
