Urchin carrying a dead urchin

Has anyone ever seen this? I know urchins like to decorate themselves but I’ve never seen one using a dead urchin. If I'm

seeing this correctly. The one on top looks hollow inside.

I had a tuxedo do this. Caried it around for about a week. The top one is dead so that's just an empty shell.

My urchin has been carrying around GSP. And the GSP is GROWING ON the urchin. It's been this way for almost 2 months. :upside-down-face:

It's a terrible picture, but you can also see it toting around a frag! It's been like this since day 1! Two to three more polyps have formed since this picture was taken a few weeks ago. :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

I woke up this morning and found my tuxedo urchin wearing a 3" round tile with a nice 4" stag attatched, lol.

I have some Zoa's growing on mine! They were stranded in the sand bed and somehow he picked them up and there they stay. Will try and get some photos later when the lights come up to white.

I never realized how comical they could be! These are my first ones. I have about six in my tank.
